Wando VB is currently waiting for the “GO” from CCSD regarding summer conditioning / workouts:

What you can do while we wait for approval from CCSD:

  1. Workout at least 3-5 times per week emphasizing: upper body strength, speed, agility and rope jumping.
  2. Go on www.PlanetHS.com and complete at least the first 4 boxes.
  3. An “Approval” setting (authorized by our athletic trainer) will indicate that you are able to begin workouts when all boxes are completed and you get the green light.
